6 levels of understanding of practical tools in NLP
1.環境層次
1. Environmental level
是(shì)我們客觀存在的這個城市的環境,包括時間、地點、人物、發生了什麽事(shì)等。
It is the objective environment of this city that we exist in, including time, location, people, and what happened.
2.行爲層次
2. Behavioral hierarchy
是(shì)我們在這裏做了什麽,或者說我們沒做什麽,我們都行動了一些什麽東西。
It's what we did here, or rather what we didn't do, we all acted on something.
3.能力層次
3. Capability level
是(shì)一個人具備什麽樣子的能力,有什麽特長,有什麽天賦,可以做哪些事(shì)情可以做得特别好?或者說哪些事(shì)情比較不擅長?這屬于能力層次的信息。
What kind of abilities does a person possess, what strengths do they have, what talents do they have, and what things can they do exceptionally well? Or what are some things you're not good at? This belongs to the level of capability information.
4.信念、價值觀

就是(shì)利益對周邊所有事(shì)物認知(zhī)的好與壞、對與錯的标準。這一系列對世界的認知(zhī)統稱爲我們人的信念、價值觀系統。

并非是(shì)指頭銜,它是(shì)指一個人在内心世界裏對自(zì)我的定位。那麽NLP裏講的身份是(shì)内在對自(zì)我的肯定。簡單來說就是(shì)在人生當中要成爲什麽樣的人。當對自(zì)己的身份有這樣一個定位,才能夠有效地去(qù)吸引到想要的資源和條件,也才能有效地支持個體去(qù)實現人生的理想,還能有效地把對個體沒有支持、沒有用的其他東西放(fàng)下(xià)。
It is not a title, it refers to a person's positioning of themselves in their inner world. So the identity mentioned in NLP is an internal affirmation of oneself. Simply put, it means what kind of person you want to become in life. When one has such a positioning of one's identity, it is only then that they can effectively attract the resources and conditions they want, and support individuals in achieving their life ideals.
