1、完全派遣
1. Fully dispatched
由派遣公司承擔一整套員工派遣服務工作，包括人才招募、選拔、培訓、績效評價、報酬和福利、和健康等。
The dispatch company is responsible for a complete set of employee dispatch services, including talent recruitment, selection, training, performance evaluation, compensation and benefits, safety and health, etc.
2、轉移派遣
2. Transfer dispatch
有勞務派遣需要的企業自(zì)行招募、選拔、培訓人員，再由派遣公司與員工簽訂《勞動合同》，并由派遣公司負責員工的報酬、福利、績效評估、處理勞動糾紛等事(shì)務。
Enterprises that require labor dispatch shall recruit, select, and train personnel on their own, and the dispatch company shall sign a labor contract with the employees. 3、減員派遣

減員派遣指企業對自(zì)行招募或者已雇傭的員工，将其雇主身份轉移派遣公司。

企業支付派遣公司員工派遣總費(fèi)用，由派遣公司代付所有可能發生的費(fèi)用，包括工資、獎金、福利、各類社保基金以及承擔所有雇主應承擔的社會和法律責任。

用工單位與勞務派遣機構共同約定一個時間段來聘用和落實被派遣的人才。

6、項目派遣

企事(shì)業單位爲了一個生産或科研項目而聘用相(xiàng)關的技術人才。

7、鍾點派遣

以每小(xiǎo)時爲基本計價單位派遣特種人員。

8、雙休日派遣
